By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and continuing to use the Site means you accept them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Products intended for children must be used under adult supervision.

3. Medical disclaimer

Nebumed products are intended for use as directed by your doctor or healthcare provider.

  • Information on this Site, including articles, product descriptions, reviews and social media content, is for general information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
  • Always talk to your doctor before starting any treatment, especially for infants and children, and use only saline or medications your doctor prescribes or recommends.
  • Our products do not replace emergency medical care. If you or your child has trouble breathing, call 911 or your local emergency number right away.
  • Customer reviews reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

4. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours and images may vary slightly depending on your screen. We don’t guarantee that every description is completely error-free, and we may correct errors, update information or discontinue products at any time without notice.

5. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are shown in [USD] and may change without notice. Sale prices apply only for the period stated.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, exceed quantity limits or are placed by resellers. If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we’ll refund you in full.

7. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once your order is handed to the carrier, delays outside our control (such as weather or carrier issues) are not our responsibility, but we’ll always help you track your package.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Warranty

The Nebumed Portable Nebulizer comes with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs, failure to follow the instructions for use and cleaning, or normal wear of consumable parts (such as masks and mouthpieces). 10. Product use

You agree to use Nebumed products only as intended and in line with the included instructions for use. Sterile saline pods are single-use, for nebulizer use only, and must not be injected or reused.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including the Nebumed name, logo, text, images, videos and designs, is owned by or licensed to Nebumed. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. User content and reviews

If you submit reviews, comments, photos or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and share that content in connection with our business. You agree that your content is honest, is your own, and does not break any law or anyone else’s rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

13. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Site to break any law, infringe anyone’s rights, upload harmful code, collect other users’ information, commit fraud, or resell our products under the Nebumed name without permission.

14. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, products or policies.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nebumed and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold Nebumed harmless from any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products or Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

18. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
